My kitten is vomiting and weak after a flea bath. Is it serious?

Hello, my kitten just got sick. We took her in around a week before and I think about 3wks, eyes already open, able to eat wet food but we decide to give pet milk. It was infested with fleas, so today we bathed with anti flea shampoo and quickly hairdry her off til dry. Right after bath she is still fine, active and drinking. Out of sudden (same day), she started vomitting about 3 times, not eating, urinary incontinence and weakness. Tried force fed, and it wants to suckle.

Please have her assessed urgently by an emergency vet and take the shampoo bottle with you. Small kittens are very sensitive to insecticides and weakness and tremors are common side effects and can progress to seizures
