How to reduce cat dander on pillows and minimize pet allergies?

I want to know how do you get rid of dander on my cats because they sleep on my pillows and my parents said it could be because of the dander. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 years and 2 months old

Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to get rid of pet dander. If she has a lot of dandruff, you can try some fish oil over her food to help moisturize her skin. The dander though will likely still be there. If you have allergies, I would recommend to not let her sleep on your pillow and you can also get an air filter for your room which will help to decrease the amount of pet dander in the air.
