Why is my cat constantly licking her paw, limping, and bleeding?

My cat has been licking her left front paw nonstop for 4 days. She is also limping and holding it up when she sits. There is dried blood like maybe she stepped on something but we tried to pull it out and can’t find anything. What’s wrong with her? (She is 13 years old and spayed). Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 13 years and 4 months old
