My dog has red urine. Are there home remedies if I can't afford a vet?

please do help me! my dog's color of urine is red i think it started last last day in the afternoon till now morning, i bought her an apple cider vinegar to help her recover, whatshould i do? what is tge natural remedy? i have no money at all :( i dont know where to get money to take her to vet. please i dont want to see her like that. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 28 lbs

She needs to see a vet to determine the type of infection and which medications will treat it. I would also be concerned about possible bladder stones.
