My cat has discharge, bald spots, sneezing, and hacking. What's wrong?

What's wrong with my cat? She been having what seems to be horrible vaginal discharge. There are two bald spots on both sides of her hole. She's been sneezing and hacking for about a week now. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 9 days old

She could have an abscess or infection in her glands or diarrhea that leading to discharge or fistula. The sneezing is common in kittens and can be from a respiratory infection. I would have the vet check her. the respiratory component are easy to fix. If there is an infection or abscess and diarrhea, they can do a stool sample to see what the problem is and how to fix it to get the area to heal properly
