Why is my dog vomiting yellow bile, eating grass, and itching?

Vomited yellow bike mixed with grass only twice. Eating grass and itching constantly. Could she have gotten too hot? What could be the issues? Are two treats after vomiting. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 50 lbs

The can eat grass because their stomach hurts or vomit from eating grass just because they like grass. This can be an allergy since she is itching also or they may be unrelated. i would have vet check her since she is vomiting and limit the grass she eats. You can try plan chicken and rice as this is bland to make sure she digest it well.
