My cat has skin problems. Vet diagnosed contact dermatitis. Is it really?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 19 days old | 2.866 lbs

My cat was suffering from a skin problem. I took him to the vet and he diagnosed him with contact dermatitis. He have him shots and some oral meds. I wanted to confirm is it really contact dermatitis?

There is no way to give an accurate opinion without doing a physical exam, so I’m sorry I can’t help you more. The one on the back of his neck may be due to his collar which would be consistent with contact dermatitis. If he’s rubbing his nose excrsssively that too could be some type of contact dermatitis.
