Why is my 4-year-old German Shepherd's urine yellow and he won't eat?

hi i have a gsd 4 year dog and he does yellowish urine ?.and he also doesnt eat anything . any kind of medicine ? suggest plz? amen!

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Urine is normally yellow or straw colored. The not eating is a little concerning and I would recommend a vet visit soon for your dog. Causes of decreased appetite in dogs may be due to a tooth issue, pancreatitis, gastritis, or perhaps an infectious cause. A veterinary visit can be rule out some of the above causes and will help pinpoint a diagnosis so he can get treated appropriately. I hope this helps and thanks again for posting!
