My dog has a soft, red lump behind his ear. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 10 months old

My morkie is 4 years old overall good health , i found what looked like a pink wart or cystic pimple behind his ear 2 days ago and in less than 24Hrs it became red no change in size but soft and fluid like . He’s eating active and being himself . Should I seek emergency care ?

It's not an emergency but this lump needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Diesel to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.

    this growth needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take Mona to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis. having said that this is not an emergency.
