My calf's penis is swollen. Is it an emergency? Can penicillin help?

Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 8 days old | 100 lbs

It looks like our calf has been hit by something on his penis it looks like it is triple in size. Would a shot of penicillin but it any till we can get to a vet. Can't get a photo

Calves often have urinary stones that can plug up the urethra. So you need to make sure that he can urinate. If he cannot urinate it is an emergency and the vet needs to called out right away as this is a life-threatening condition. This also may a penis fracture which is very painful and needs to be treated. Please either take your calf to a vet or call him to come out.
