Kennel cough usually will resolve on its own within about 3-5 days and does not usually need antibiotics or cough suppressants. If, however, Bella seems very ill and like she may need medication, you will have to take her to be examined by a veterinarian so the proper medication can be prescribed. I hope this helps.
