Why is my cat suddenly calm, sleeping more, and drooling clear liquid?

Overnight my cat turned calm and sleeps way more than normal. I noticed there is a clear liquid forming around the mouth area of the cat. What's going on? Pet's info: Cat | American Wirehair | Male | unneutered
