Is there any low cost vets in Jonesboro Arkansas that i can take my puppies to? Humane Society doesn't do low cost vet care all they do are low cost spaying and nuetering. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 28 days old
