My 3-week-old puppy has blue eyes, discharge, and poor vision. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 23 days old | 4.4 lbs

My gsd is 3 week old and both of her eyes are bluish in colour with regular discharge and i don't think that her visual perception is any good so what could be the reason behind poor visibility

Puppies vision develops gradually between 2 - 7 weeks of age and it is very hard to tell at this age how this will improve, The eyes do appear a little hazy and I recommend a vet check to rule out any infectious or inflammatory cause which may improve with treatment. Conjunctivitis, ulcers and certain viral infections can cause 'blue eye' and a full health check is recommended
