Why does my dog have small bubbles on her skin? Is it serious?

I'm not sure what this is but ice found areas of small bubbles on her skin. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

This is quite strange. It is difficult to say from just the picture if they are abnormal or normal for her. They don't look particularly red or irritated. I would watch them and if they are still there on Monday, if they are getting bigger or if she is irritated by them then I would have a vet take a look at them to ensure there are nothing to worry about.
