Dog attacked, huge vet bill! Are these emergency vet costs normal?

Hey my beagle was attacked by a pitbull and was taken on too my local vet! They slammed me with a really high bill for the treatment.. Will you take a look for me at the receipt and give me a opinion on the situation and charges. My doggie was only treated for about 3 hours & I took her home due too money issues. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | 20 lbs
