Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. The red patches on her stomach could be due to ant bites out in the yard/on walks, or could be skin irritation if she is licking at her vulva. Licking at the vulva and getting a moist pyoderma (little red spots or infection) is common in young unspayed females as they often get vaginitis. The treatment is to have her spayed. Also, check the yard for ants or other little bugs that could be biting her. The hair loss around the eyes could be due to mange. If she is stressed or sick otherwise, the normal flora mange on her skin could be causing her to lose fur around the eyes. Also, she could have sarcoptic mange which can cause itchiness, but this is less likely. I would be more concerned about dermotic mange. I would recommend having her seen by a vet, and they will likely check her lymph nodes, and also do a skin scraping of the skin around her eyes. Best of luck with Cairo.
