My dog is shedding, has painful sores, won't eat. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 23 lbs

I need some help! So my dog is a house dog and just recently like no more then 5 days ago he's started shedding a lot more than usual, his hair is coming off in sections. I believe it's mange but im not sure which kind of mange it is. His sores are oozing and it hurts him when he is even touched. We've tried all of the home remedies. He now won't eat, drink, or move at all.

Beast looks very ill. Please take him in right away for treatment. You have tried home care and waiting to see if he’ll get better but now he looks seriously sick. He may be loosing his fur from an internal problem rather than from mange. He definitely needs treatment so he doesn’t get dehydrated and to stop the hairloss. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Beast.
