That’s very kind of you. Giving them ice won’t hurt the dogs at all. HOWEVER, I would advise you to leave ice on the ground near the dogs rather than hand feeding them. I don’t want a dog to bite you. A stray dog could possibly carry rabies which is a deadly virus that could be contracted through a bite (if a tooth breaks the skin) from an infected animal.
