Why is my dog straining, peeing blood, and having urine accidents?

I have American Bully and she can’t hold her urine too much as well as her bleeding in her urine and straining. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 100 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Chi Chi! The most common reasons for straining to urine, urinary accidents and bloody urine are: urinary tract infections (UTI), crystals in the urine, bladder stones and if she is an older dog a bladder or urethral tumor. I recommend collecting a urine sample and bringing her to the Vet before the weekend as she is very uncomfortable. The urine sample can determine if she has an infection or crystals and an X-ray is needed to check for bladder stones. I wish Chi Chi a speedy recovery!
