Why is my cat's mouth puffy and bleeding? What should I do about it?

My cats side mouth is puffy and it recently started to bleed a little

Sorry to hear that about Chichi! I suspect she may have an abscess, perhaps from a tooth root or from a claw or bite form another cat. If that is the case, antibiotics will be needed to clear up, so I would recommend you get him in to see your vet.
