my puppy was making wheezing noises before and she had vomited before. Shes playing as usual. is it something to worry about? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 2 days old

Wheezing noises could be a sign that Popcorn is still nauseous or has abdominal pain. If she aspirated when she vomited it is also possible that she is having some difficulty breathing. If she is still making these noises you should see a veterinarian as soon as possible. If the wheezing has resolved it is likely nothing to be worried about. I hope she's feeling better!
