Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Hello , I have a Labrador 4 yrs old, (under treatment of epilepsy) before 5 days he took bath but after 5-6 hrs I observed some redness in his left eye . We talked to vet ,he suggested antibiotics and pain killers and inject some medicines in blood. At mid night he discharged feaces. The stool was dark black. Vet advised this is because of internal parasite but we're confused that before this treatment stool was normal. Now v observed the colour of skin is little fade i.e.light pink, please help m

I'm not sure why you posted the picture of the antibiotics. That is a commonly used antibiotic in vet med, and I doubt that it's the cause of what's going on with your dog. I'm especially concerned about the dark feces and pale skin color - to me that suggest bleeding into the GI tract and resulting anemia. I suggest you get him back in for emergency care immediately as he seems to be getting worse and not better.
