Why is my African Grey's crop swollen, clicking, and losing feathers?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 4 years and 11 months old | 0.88 lbs

My African grey has been eating a lot and he is developing swelling around his crop..He is making a weird clicking sound and he has no feathers and he has been picking it... I only noticed the swelling now... Pls help me

It's possible there could be an infection brewing in the crop (sour crop) or even an impaction depending on what Simba has been eating. If the crop is very swollen, or bothersome to the point that he is attempting to pick at it, it would be best to bring SImba into a local vet for care. They can take a look, remove any impacted debris and may recommend an antibiotic or fungal medication to get him feeling better.
