He is certainly a cutie! It is truly impossible to determine the origins of a mixed breed dog based on appearances. particularly one this young. I can see what could be cane corso or another mastiff/bully breed in his face. If you want to know his lineage I would recommend a genetic test. You can order the Wisdom Panel online or ask your vet if they have a test they can perform. As far as his size, it will depend on his parents if you have seen them, or for a very rough estimate we sometimes will see what the weight at 3 months is and triple this for a guess at adult size.
