My dog is shaking, unresponsive, and won't eat or drink. What to do?

My dog is shaking and moving his head back and fourth while opening and closing his mouth. He won’t eat or drink. He also won’t respond to him getting picked up or me calling his name. I have tried everything and am worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 5 months old | 10 lbs

This could be either because of something that is bothering him in his mouth cavity or because of an ear issue (foreign body or severe infection), you need to take Duke to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.
