My dog a two small sores on her front left paw near her nail bed and hind left leg. What could these be?

The front paw may be an abrasion or minor infection. The same could be said for the hind limb. You would need to have Raven physically examined by your veterinarian for confirmation and treatment. If she is licking or chewing, place an e-collar (cone) on her. You can clean the areas with diluted betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) solution daily. A foot soak may be of benefit. If the spots don't resolve or worsen or if she becomes lame, definitely have her examined by your veterinarian.
