My dog has a sore on his belly that won't go away. What is it?

I have a 6mth great dane cross wolf hound that has a sore on his belly and im unsure what it is as it's been there for over 3weeks now it's not getting bigger it's just not going away. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 28 lbs

I would recommend Oscar be seen by his veterinarian to have this evaluated further. He may need topical or oral antibiotics or other medications as needed. I hope this helps!
