My cat has a runny nose, mouth issues, and sleeps a lot. What's wrong?

My cat keeps slapping her lips as if her mouth is dry. she is starting to have a runny nose. Also my cat try to yawn but she didn't open her mouth all the way and she has been sleeping alot

Hello. It sounds like your poor kitty is unwell. This could be anything from an upper respiratory infection to some dental issues, such as an infected or abscessed tooth. Most of these things are just too complicated to try & deal with at home, especially if antibiotics are needed.
