heart worm, heart disease, tracheal disease, a hernia, fungal pneumonia (they are very sick), cancer or allergic airway disease Is above mention all diseases contagious? Can it passes from one dog to another through air? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 2 years and 6 months old

Heartworm disease is contagious but has to go through a mosquito and cannot be transmitted from dog to dog directly. Tracheal disease, a hernia, allergic airway disease and for the most part heart disease are not contagious. Fungal disease can be contagious in some situations. Hope this helps!
