Are dog illnesses like heartworm or fungal pneumonia contagious by air?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 2 years and 6 months old

heart worm, heart disease, tracheal disease, a hernia, fungal pneumonia (they are very sick), cancer or allergic airway disease Is above mention all diseases contagious? Can it passes from one dog to another through air?

Heartworm disease is contagious but has to go through a mosquito and cannot be transmitted from dog to dog directly. Tracheal disease, a hernia, allergic airway disease and for the most part heart disease are not contagious. Fungal disease can be contagious in some situations. Hope this helps!
