My German Shepherd is lean and weak. How can I improve her health?

Good morning sir, I have working class gsd bitch sandie. She is very weak although she eats her meals fully. How can I improve her health she is too much lean. I offer her royal canin club feed but she doesn't eat feed but she doesn't like feed fully. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 5 months old

Hello, you can supplement her feed with additional protein sources such as chicken or turkey. You can also provide beef. Alternatively, you may change her feed to something else which she may like better, either different protein source or different carbohydrate source. Hope this helps and best of luck.
