Is my senior chihuahua in pain? Shaking, arched back, won't move.

Question

My chihuahua, lily is about 8-9 years old and recently shes been shaking but not because shes cold and her back has been arch and she refuses to move. When i call for her she hesitates and doesnt look into my eyes. When this happens, i take her into my room and i pet her alot and then shes fine. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 5 lbs
