My dog's acting weird: shaking, lying down, and licking. What's wrong?

My dog has been acting weird lately he starts shaking and lays down a lot but still eats, drinks water and goes for walk. I've also noticed he licks himself a lot. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered

It sounds as if your dog may be in some degree of pain or discomfort. Trembling/shaking and lethargy are often symptoms of being uncomfortable. I would recommend taking Mac to the veterinarian to be checked out and ensure nothing too serious is going on.
