Why does my 1-year-old rescued cat keep biting? Is it rabies?

Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Van | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 16 days old | 20 lbs

My cat is 1 years old and he's been biting and he's still biting even though I told him no and he still bites he was abounded when he was 8 months or 9 mouths I found him on street and nobody was looking for him so I took him in a couple days later thats when the biting started could he have rabies?

Is he vaccinated for rabies? It could be a behavioral problem if coming from an outside cat to now indoor. I would make sure he has a place to sit up high and look outside. You may want to train him to walk on a leash also. I would recommend a veterinary visit if he has never been and get him fully vaccinated.
