My kitten is sneezing, has a runny nose, and watery eyes. Is it a URI?

Hi, my kitten can't stop sneezing and making sounds as if he wants to take smth out of his nose. He has liquid transparent snots in his nose and I also noticed his left eye teardropping. It all started yesterday. He eats well but is not so active. He has been vaccinated with Felocell-4 and his litter is made of wood, we dont have any flowers or anything smelly in the house. Our vet gave us a product that would better Memphis' immune system, but is it what we need? What could it be with my cat? Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Male | unneutered | 4 lbs

I'm sorry to hear that Memphis is having this problem. It is certainly possible that he has an upper respiratory infection even if he has been vaccinated with Felocell-4.
