I’ve noticed this on my dog and began to get worried he isn’t acting sick nor is he scratching all the time he seems to just lick the spot but doesn’t seem uncomfortable. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 10 months old
