Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! From your picture the sores look like dermal masses. The most common dermal mass that looks like this are sebaceous adenomas which are benign. Some dogs will get many of them and they usually do not cause problems. Sometimes they have brown goo around them or the dog will lick them if they are on the legs. If they are growing rapidly, she is licking them a lot or they are infected you should consider having them removed. I wish Lola the best!
