My molly fish has a white dot on its tail. What should I do?

Pet's info: Fish | Unknown - Fish | Male

Hello!! I have a 14g tank with a few mollies and danios in there, but something has been bothering me lately. One of my new mollies (male) has a white dot on the tip of his tail and I’m afraid that it’s some kind of disease. What should I do? Thank you for your help!!

Separate him out to a quarantine tank. A bacterial or fungal infection can be treated using the appropriate medication found in the Aquarium section of the local Petco. Once he has recovered. he can be returned to the main tank. If it is early ich infection, you will need to treat the entire tank.
