Hello doc, just want to ask if what kind of medicine do i need to buy for my japanese spitz dog? She's vomiting a blood for 3 days already and we don't know what to do. Here in our place, there's none a vet clinic. Please help me. Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Spitz | Female | unspayed | 11 years and 1 month old | 20 lbs

There is no medicine that can be bought over the counter to treat Kisses. Vomiting blood for 3 days is very serious and she needs to be physically examined by a veterinarian. Unfortunately, there is very little you can do for Kisses without the aid of a veterinarian.
