Why does my dog eat little, drink, act restless, and eat grass?

Every time Fifi eats a little bit of her food she drinks her water she does this every time she eats a little bit of her food and sometimes I have to encourage her to eat her food or she won’t eat for a day (she normally eats all her food then drinks her water) then she try’s to lay down but every time she try’s to lay down she sits back up again for a few seconds and she does this 1 to 3 times before she lays down she also try’s to eat some grass but other than that she acts like normal. This may simply be her preference. If she is maintaining weight and behaving normally, there is likely no cause for concern. Eating grass, though, can sometimes indicate an upset stomach. Monitor her for vomiting or diarrhea. If the behavior persists, consider an exam with your veterinarian to diagnose illness of injury.
