My kitten was hit by a fridge door. Why is he lethargic and not playful?

I accidently hit my kitten with the fridge door while closing it. He's sleeping a lot and doesn't want to be held. There's no signs of internal bleeding like pale gums, but I'm very worried. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 1lb

It's very difficult to know what his condition is, there could also be head trauma which is always an issue in this type of accident. if you believe he is lethargic, having trouble moving around or is lacking of appetite i would recommend taking him to the vet urgently.
