Hi! My cat’s been acting weird this past couple of days. He’s been sleeping more than usual. He’s barely eating and I think he might have a fever. Someone told me he might have just an allergy but I don’t think that’s it. is it just an allergy?

Allergies do not typically cause fever, lethargy, and decreased appetite in cats so he should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can do a physical examination, blood work, and x-rays, if needed, to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat the problem. He could have an infection that needs to be treated.
