I am sorry to hear that Boba Fett isn’t feeling well. The area in the picture looks like she has an injury to the skin. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian soon. If she is unable to poop then she needs to be seen immediately. In the meantime please keep the area clean with warm water Compresses. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.

    Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. This could be from irritation in the colon or there could be a wound. Without pictures it is difficult to say for sure what the cause of the blood could be. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Boba Fett so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps!
