My dog licked a small amount of diluted antifreeze. Is he okay?

There was antifreeze on our driveway and I sprayed it down with the hose and Oliver licked one little small lick of the water draining. Should I worry about antifreeze poisoning? It was a very small amount and also diluted in lots of water. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 4 months old
