My cat has sneezing, diarrhea, and eye issues. What should I do?

Hello and thank you for providing help. I have a question, currently i do not have enough money to go to vet with my cat, she sneezes, she got diarrhea a she whimper sometimes, also when she wake up she can barely open her eyes, sometimes she cannot at all so i need to help her, found her in even worse condition i washed her eyes carefully with chamomile, she look cross eyed a bit sometimes(not always), and when she tryes to 'meow' there is no voice, when i clean her eyes there is but rarely

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Poor Zoe. She really needs to get to a vet a soon as you are able. From the pictures and your description she needs medications and possibly some fluid therapy. Keep her eyes and face clean just using a rag with warm water. Do not use human medications or eye drops. Encourage her to eat and drink, chicken broth or tuna water may help encourage her to eat. Deworming medication may help her diarrhea if it is caused by parasites. Good luck and I hope she's better soon.
