I am attaching a handout on orphan kittens below which may help you with your question. When feeding a milk replacer, the general rule is that kittens should be drinking 22 to 26 cc of formula per 100 grams of body weight over the course of the day. This is a little trickier when you start transitioning to a gruel, but will give you some idea. https://www.vin.com/members/cms/project/defaultadv1.aspx?pId=19239&SAId=1&id=4951456 Good luck! I hope that was helpful. Thanks for using PetCoach.

I would feed semi solid foods 4times a day and cut back on bottle feeds during the day, feeding approximately half the daily volume in the first 5-7days and weaning off milk over following 5-7days once food intake is up to daily recommended amount of a complete kitten food

She should eat 4 times a day, the amount is according to the recommendation on the food label as each food contain different things. if she eats mainly wet food she will not drink a lot of water and it is normal, she will start drinking more water once you switch her to dry food.

He should probably be feed about every 6 hours. At this age, you can feed him a gruel by mixing kitten replacement formula with a high-quality wet or dry kitten food and warm water. Mix it to the consistency of oatmeal. Over the next couple of weeks, gradually thicken the gruel until he is eating plain kitten food. If he doesn't seem to take to the gruel right away, you might have to still provide milk replacement in addition to make sure she's getting enough calories. Your kitten needs approximately 8 calories per ounce of body weight. Keep a small bowl of fresh water available at all times for him to drink.
