My french bulldog has tested positive for circovirus and clostridium perfringens. What treatment would you advice?

Clostridium perfringens is typically treated with metronidazole. I would speak with your veterinarian about proper dosing and frequency for Ted. Unfortunately, there is no specific treatment for circovirus. Given that it can be found in healthy dogs and in sick dogs, most veterinarians will treat animals based on their clinical signs.
