What can I use to calm my dogs and cats for travel without a vet?

Hi.. I'm travelling with two dogs and two cats from Spain and Croatia in a few months time. I want to get them some medication to calm them and make them sleepy. Is there anything I can get without visiting a vet. We live in a very remote village in Spain at the moment so it is very hard to get to a veterinary surgery. Many Thanks
