Dog peeing frequently after lake swim at dog park. Is it serious?

We got back from the dog park, where she spent a good 30 mins swimming in the lake there. Once we got home my dog has peed every 10-15 mins, which is VERY unlike her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 6 months and 29 days old | 24 lbs

She probably drank a huge amount of lake water causing the excessive urination. This should improve in a day or so. If it continues please bring her in to have her urine checked and they may want to do a kidney function screening also. If you take her back to the park I recommend limiting her to about five minutes in the lake to prevent this in the future.
