My puppy fell and hit her head. Is sleeping a lot normal after a fall?

My 9 week old Shih Tzu pup fell off the couch and bonked her head on the corner of the coffee table. She yelped for 10 seconds or so and then acted fine. She is sleeping a lot but I’m not sure if it’s from the fall. Is she okay? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 5 days old | 2.5 lbs

It is difficult to know without an examination. If she is till acting abnormal then she should be examined and treated by a vet. Hopefully she is acting fine and has recovered. it would be a good idea to keep her off the couch so she can't injure herself again.
